What types of real estate photography do you offer?
I specialise in interior and exterior photography for residential, commercial, rental properties, air bnb and retirement homes. My services include day time and twilight home photography, drone photography, floorplans, virtual staging,
Matterport 3D virtual tours, 4K 16:9 video, vertical social reels and twilight conversions.
What is the cost of a real estate photography session?
My pricing depends on the size and type of the property. I offer various packages (brochure is on main page). Please contact me for a custom quote or brochure with full price list and more.
Do you offer drone photography?
Yes, I offer drone photography for both residential and commercial properties. Drone shots are perfect for showcasing property location, its size and unique landscapes.
How long will it take to get my photos?
I do my own processing in house, so there is no need to send images overseas for processing and wait till they come back, my turn around is either the same evening or very next morning. Any additional photoshopping of the image is also done in house to save time.
Do you shoot properties outside of your main service area?
Please let me know your location when booking to confirm availability and any extra charges.
Can I request specific shots or angles for the property?
Absolutely! I want to capture the features that matter most to you. If you have specific shots in mind, feel free to share them with me ahead of time, and I'll make sure to include them in the shoot.
My photoshoots are not limited to the number of photos unlike my competition.
What should I do to prepare for the photo session?
Make sure the property is clean, well-lit, and clutter-free. Open all blinds, turn on lights, and remove personal items that may distract from the space. If you're unsure about prepping, I'm happy to offer tips before your session or refer to my brochure where it has a detailed description on how to get the property ready.
Can you shoot properties with tenants or occupants still living in them?
Yes! I can photograph properties with tenants or owners still in residence. Just let me know, and I can work around their schedules to capture the space without disrupting their daily life, however it is always best to photograph the property at the proper time of the day to ensure the sun is in the right position.

Can you do Air Bnb or rental property?
Photography for Air BnB is the single most important thing to attract your customers, so same studio lighting technique is used also for rentals or air bnb, price will be different depending on the size of the property to photograph. Air Bnb can be only one room with bathroom so the amount of photos is smaller than on standard realestate photoshoot, hence it will be cheaper.
